How do I request a service?

We are happy to take your service request via the telephone or internet. The more notice you provide with your request, the more in-depth our research and therefore, service, will be. To make the most of all that we have to offer, get in touch with us 1 to 2 weeks before your arrival – we’ll take the little things and big things off of your “to do” list!

Requests for services must be made with a 24 hour notice. Coastal Concierge does not guarantee any services with less than 24 hour notice, and rush fees will be incurred. We will do our best to meet all reasonable client needs.

How do I pay for the services?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash, and personal checks.

Are you insured?

Yes. Coastal Concierge carries a general liability policy and we are insured and bonded. Our Preferred Vendors carry their own insurance coverage.

Does Coastal Concierge service clients year-round?

Yes. We tailor our services to our Client’s needs. Autumn hayrides, closing the cottage, raking the leaves, storing the toys. Having your home ready for the holidays – heat on, fire laid, snacks in the cupboard, wine chilling. Decorating – interior and exterior. Closing it up after you are gone. Holiday cards, shopping, wrapping, exchanges and thank you notes.

Coastal Concierge is available for you. When you can’t be around, we’ll monitor your home on a weekly basis and update you with a quick phone call or email. Need the mail brought in, plants watered, light timers moved around, mechanicals checked while you’re away? No problem!
